gogojii accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO bank transfer, BPI bank transfer, Metrobank bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. gogojii does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using a payment method registered to a third party is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
Withdrawals of real money balance are available to verified members who have completed KYC. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but gogojii aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process faster than bank transfer withdrawals. gogojii reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to anti-money laundering obligations. If a withdrawal to the original payment method is not possible, gogojii will work with the member to identify an appropriate alternative, subject to verification requirements.
If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must notify gogojii customer support within fourteen (14) days of the transaction date. gogojii will investigate the dispute and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
